Shipping Policy

Our Products are shipped from Europe. Our toys are produced only after they are ordered to avoid overstocking and allow personalization of the toys. The production is usually started between 1-5 days and shipping takes on average between 1 - 12 days after production is complete but this varies from country to country.  In some instances delivery to a few limited countries can take slightly longer and could be up to 30 days.

We start production of most of our products only after the order has been placed and so we do not accept cancellations of orders while an item is already in production. We do not offer refunds during the time the item has shipped since it is already on the way to you. 

How can I track my order?  

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with the tracking number as soon as it is available.

Can I still make changes to my order?

Please contact us at 3dpetsworld@gmail.com if you need to make a change to your order. If the item hasn't reached production yet it shouldn't be a problem to make any changes. Once the product has started the production process we might not be able to make any changes anymore.
